Most of our presentations are private events not open to the public. However, you can check our website calendar for annual events, open community presentations, and other locations where we are speaking. Alternatively, you can book a live presentation for your school, church, or organization today!

Ransomed Life requests 2-3 weeks' notice for live events, though we can operate on shorter notice if needed. Presentations can also be scheduled more than a year in advance. Once you submit the speaker request form, you will receive a response within 2-3 business days regarding your request.

We plan to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up and test the audio/visual equipment. Our standard setup includes a screen and projector or a TV with an HDMI connection to ensure proper functionality of both audio and visual components. Please ensure an audio/visual technician is available on-site to assist with the setup.

We tailor our presentations to accommodate groups of all sizes. While we recommend a minimum of 15 participants, we’ve successfully presented to audiences as large as 700! Whether it's a small class or a large crowd, we adjust our approach to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness. Please let us know the size of your group when booking.

While Ransomed Life strives to accommodate multiple presentations in a day, the number of sessions depends on location and logistics. For optimal effectiveness, we recommend scheduling no more than 3-4 presentations in a single day. These presentations are typically large-group sessions held in an auditorium or cafeteria setting.

We understand that situations may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Ransomed Life still offers virtual presentations. We use Zoom and will provide a registration link to the host. A run-through will be scheduled with the Prevention Education Team prior to the presentation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ransomed Life has law enforcement partners who participate in our larger community presentations upon request. However, their involvement depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed, even when requested.
